The new stayover tax that has come into effect from January 2018 will be paid upon arrival at the hotel directly by the client and will not be absorbed by the hotelier or the TO. The client will receive a separate receipt from the hotel for this tax.

The hotel does not accept complaints unless the representative and the client have reported them to the management prior the guests' departure. Report has to be signed by the hotel's director.
